Boneless breast of chicken served in a casserole over broccoli florets. Topped with a rich mornay sauce and parmesan cheese.

 

Broiled Marinated Chicken Breast

A lightly seasoned breast served with hollandaise sauce.

 

Chicken Florentine

Breast of Chicken lightly breaded and baked with Italian style bread crumbs. Served over a bed of spinach and fresh sauted mushrooms. Topped with a delicate supreme sauce.

 

Roast Turkey

Whole roasted turkey served with dressing, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Served with a garnish of cranberry sauce.

 

Chicken Marsala

A lightly breaded breast of chicken filled with spinach, smoked gouda cheese and bacon. It is topped with a rich marsala wine sauce and mushrooms.

Crunchy coconut breaded shrimp served with a creamy pineapple coconut sauce.
