About Us At The Old Mill

The Old Mill Restaurant, located in Mount Upton NY is not just a fine dining restaurant in a casual country atmosphere, but a history rich, family run and oriented business that has shown its specialty in service and hospitality for many, many years.  From our warm and welcome family atmosphere, to our dedicated staff, we combine our talents to bring a wonderful addition to the community and a destination for those that come from afar.

We, Donna and Doris Ford, along with our staff, have for years, striven to bring excellence in all that we offer, from our menus full of made from scratch meals, to the atmospheric decor that thrives through the restaurant.  Not only have we carried on the tradition of the former restaurant owners, but have succeeded in bringing much more, with our own personal touch.   The Old Mill has a very large and wonderful menu, a delightful dessert menu, a petite menu which is far from being petite, a child's menu, and an extensive beverage menu, all of which will delight the senses.  And upon opening each season, and before closing, we offer an oldie but goodie dessert menu from the early 1900's as a special and fun way to give back to those who come.  This menu features not only the items dated back to the day, but the prices as well.
